Reginald Thomas II is a photographer and art director redefining how sports are seen, felt, and remembered. He’s inspired by the improvisation, resourcefulness, expression, courage, and vulnerability of Black jazz and funk musicians, rappers, and soul singers—and by his life’s experiences growing up in Baltimore. His work is rooted in expression and form and balances heroic presence with quiet truths, playing along the full spectrum of iconography.
